Currently the biggest problem I encountered and hope everyone knows, today from Jasper to play out 93 Glacier Avenue to reach near Lake Louise normally want to pass through the nearby highway exit through Field to reach Golden, but the highway has been closed causing to go from Lake Louise back to Banff. The middle of the highway goes to the hot springs of Radium, more than 100 kilometers, in the complete darkness of the mountains, it is very challenging, and it is not easy to follow the car. Even my 20-year-old driver feels quite difficult, and there is also a lot of pressure from the heavy truck behind. The cars in this area have all changed lanes. Last week, someone said it was blocked for five hours from Golden to Banff. Combined with my situation today, friends from Jasper or Banff back to Vancouver should be fully prepared ?

Great!
Thank you so much! Since I rented a car in Toronto and drove in Ontario without any problems before, I'm not sure about Alberta for the first time in Calgary. Also, you said the highway is closed? If I need to go back and forth between Calgary and Banff, do you have any recommended routes? I'm currently using both Sygic offline maps and maps.me, can they normally guide me if the highway is closed?
I would like to ask, is it necessary to install snow tires now when traveling from Vancouver to Banff or Jasper? Thank you.
