Some gas stations do not require postal codes. The transaction will be displayed as one dollar at the time of purchase, and then the charge will be deducted, so it is best to pay in cash. The machines that display postal codes have not successfully added fuel.

If Hertz wanted to, they could check the surveillance cameras at the time and license plate I provided to clear my name, but I doubt they have the time to look into this.
