Brothers, have you recently processed a notarization of your driver's license? I just saw that the authentication method on the official website has changed. You no longer need to apply through the consulate. It has been changed to an additional certificate. Do you know how to handle it ?

I handled it at the provincial foreign affairs office, first I had to find a notary office to notarize, ensuring that the original and the translated documents are consistent in the notarization, then I went to the provincial foreign affairs office to handle the additional certificate (Apostille). The notary office can act on my behalf, and there is a service fee (150 for Xiamen, Fujian). Other fees include the translation fee (set by the notary office), the notarization fee (uniform guidance price set by the province and city), and the additional certificate (Apostille) from the foreign affairs office (uniform price). I spent a total of 880 for reference.
