I need to find a notary public first to authenticate that the original and translation are consistent, and then go to the provincial foreign affairs office under my jurisdiction to handle the certification of authenticity (Apostille). The notary public can handle it on behalf, with a service fee (150 yuan for notarization in Xiamen, Fujian). Other fees include translation fees (set by the notary public), notarization fees (uniform prices set by the provinces and cities), and certification of authenticity (Apostille) from the foreign affairs office (uniform prices).
