Can anyone in the group tell me, if you drive from Canberra to Melbourne, it's 6 and a half hours on the highway, and 10 and a half hours if there's no toll. How do you choose? I will stay overnight at a place in the middle, and I heard the toll on the highway is very expensive ?

Drive for 6.5 hours, not that expensive, maybe gas is a little more expensive, no more than $50, no need to stay overnight, can just drive there, because it's really desolate in the middle

Not much expressway toll. There is only expressway toll before entering the city.
