No way, some roads are tolled in segments, there's no cash toll booth, no ezpass, you're done, like Boston's 90 highway

Have you ever seen a toll road in China that only has ETC and no manned toll booths? The US is the same!

Not many staff in the US. Most of the tolls are machines. I'm not familiar with it. It's best to use EZPASS. The entrance and exit are relatively open. Sometimes there is a card, sometimes there isn't. It's not that you pay when you go up. I'm not sure how much you need to pay. I'm not sure if the cash is clear. I suggest you use EZPASS. Most of them are EZPASS, and basically every channel can pass EZPASS.
