Excuse me, why can't we use magnetic strip credit cards for consumption when we swipe in Turkey? Is it still the four-leaf clover ATM for cash withdrawals? What are the fees ?

I'm a magnetic stripe credit card. I can't be used when shopping at the duty-free store in Moscow airport, but I can be used when buying burgers at the self-service restaurant on the first floor of the airport. It can also be used at any place that accepts Visa in Turkey. As for cash withdrawal, it depends on how your card issuer charges. Call and ask clearly before departure. The charging standards are different for each card issuer. Four-leaf clover bank does not charge any fees.
