Don't worry about the fuel fee. I was also charged 1200 yuan at the time, and the freeze was lifted immediately. There was only the actual fuel fee you spent on gasoline on your credit card statement.

Pre-authorization is thawed after refueling! I used the China Merchants Bank card, and it seems to be thawed shortly after refueling.
