I haven't encountered anything. I don't feel like there's anything to charge for, but there are speed tests. I've been driving around in a range of more than 200 kilometers. I don't know any further. The machines at different gas stations are a bit different. If you can't figure it out, just ask the counter staff to operate it for you. I had to ask someone to operate it for me the first time. Haha Don't worry, most of them have streetlights. There are reflectors on both sides of the road. There is no signal in the Tromsø Tunnel, and it's easy to get lost. It's best to let the co-driver help you count the number of roundabouts and count left and right turns before entering the tunnel. I got lost twice in the tunnel.

Norway has toll roads on most of its highways.
