Six or seven days, starting from Toronto and heading towards Quebec, would be quite rushed. Unless you plan to return from Quebec, going back to Toronto would be a waste of a day. It takes about seven hours to drive from Toronto to Montreal. Generally, you would spend two days in Niagara Falls, one day in Kingston and Ottawa, and one or two days in Montreal and Mont Tremblant. Quebec City would also require one or two days. This is for your reference.
