Either one is fine, as long as you follow Google Map. If there is no traffic jam, it takes two and a half hours from Washington to Huntingdon, and four and a half hours to the waterfall. You can set to avoid toll booths when going from Washington to Huntingdon. The scenery along the state highway is very nice.
