Which is better, 7:00 or 8:00 for paragliding? I'm going in late August. Is the light good for taking pictures at 7:00? Thank you ?

I booked a 9 o'clock flight, which takes off at 9:30.

It's getting light at 5 o'clock here, feel free to take photos. There's no sense of weightlessness, the umbrella is first opened to lift the person up and fly away, not jumping down and then opening the umbrella, feel free to fly.

As long as the weather is fine, the light is very good. If you want to take good pictures, it is suggested that you research the shooting poses in advance. Enjoying the 20 to 30 minutes in the air should be more important than taking pictures.
