There are many hiking options in the Lofoten mountains and beaches, unless you have enough time to travel, there is no need to go to Ytresand. The must-see is Reinebringen, which takes about an hour to and fro, fast one hour, slow may take one and a half hours. It's very difficult for the elderly and children to climb up. If you bring the elderly and children, you can go to Haukland Beach, which is enough for two hours of walking, but there are also many hiking trails nearby, and it will take longer to climb the mountain. If you want to go to Kvalvika Beach, you must climb the mountain, at least one to one and a half hours one way (depending on where you start), and add at least one hour if you go to Ryten. If you still have time, you can go hiking to Tindstinden, which takes one and a half hours one way.

One and a half to two hours, we have a four-year-old child who plays and crawls very slowly. If you have a young child, never attempt a moderate or higher hiking route. We took the easy route like Nubben, and I was scared stiff. If you are playing by yourself or your child is older, then feel free to play anywhere.
