Have the refunds for everyone's cancelled flights been credited? My refund for the ticket I bought on iwofly for my trip to Los Angeles has yet to be credited. I can't get through on the phone anymore. I'm not sure if it's over ?

I bought a round-trip ticket from American Airlines on Qunar, but the return flight was canceled and I only received a small refund half a month later.

I ordered a round-trip ticket to Los Angeles on Qunar, which is eligible for a full refund. Now I have only received less than half of the refund. The customer service said it might be refunded in two installments. I don't know what's going on and I can't get through the phone now.
