It seems that I didn't express it correctly. I mean: the reason for identifying whether a parking place is charged is not about spending money, but if it is charged, you have to go around to find a parking card. If it is originally free, you don't have to spend time looking for it again, like the pink mosque parking lot in Putrajaya. Some car friends say it's free, but I'm afraid it will change to a charged one, so I'm a little confused. Thank you for the answers of my friends ?

In principle, as long as the parking space is marked with white lines and not private, it belongs to the government and requires a parking card (private parking lots need to pay in cash). When I went to Malacca, I did not buy a parking card. It wasn't because I didn't know, but when I went to the small shop to buy it, the Chinese-speaking boss told me not to buy it because it was Sunday and the police would not issue tickets. After confirming this repeatedly, the boss directly said that if I got a ticket, I could find him (✪▽✪) The pink mosque only requires a parking card, but the police do not issue tickets.
