Guys, I feel like many classmates in our group haven't filled out that paper entry form yet. Is that required ?

I've entered the country through two places. Atlanta didn't ask for anything and just checked my passport and asked me a few questions. When I entered Los Angeles, I didn't need to fill out an entry card (at least mine didn't), because after getting off the plane, you will queue up to answer questions and take pictures and print out slips (each person needs their own slip with a photo). Then just queue up and give your passport and slip to the customs officer.
I don't know about others. I have to fill it out every time I go abroad. Sometimes the air stewardess gives it to me on the plane, and sometimes I get it from the airport myself. If your English is not very good, I suggest you download one from the Internet and preview it first.
Now you don't need to fill out paper forms. Just fill them out on the computer when you exit the country.
