All train stations have parking lots, don't worry about it. I don't know the price, usually no more than 20 euros a day. As long as you make sure not to enter the old town, watch how the Italians park, and usually it's okay to park the same way. But be careful not to expose valuables in the car to attract thieves, including suitcases.
