Can EU cars enter and exit Monaco freely from Nice ?

Come and go as you please. No restrictions.

We have informed the car rental company that we are going to Monaco, so there should be no problem. If we didn't tell them, we may be charged afterwards, on our credit card.

I took the bus from Nice, very close and convenient, and I didn't have to worry about parking.
