Since there is only one driver who is a mother, we plan to stay in Idaho Falls for one night, and then we want to go to Grand Teton and then Yellowstone. We plan to stay in Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel on this day. Please advise how to arrange the itinerary ?

There is a big problem with this. It only takes three hours to drive from Salt Lake City to Idaho Falls, but if you go to Mammoth Springs the next day, it will take at least an hour for the whole journey, not to mention the time for sightseeing. Including sightseeing and meals, it will take 9 hours. This arrangement is definitely not reasonable.
First go to Yellowstone and then to Grand Teton, because Mammoth Hot Springs belongs to the north gate of Yellowstone National Park, so you won't have to go back.
When are you going? This is the route I plan. The picture seems not to be uploaded.
