Last year when I was driving in Germany, I chose SIXT for car rental, and the service attitude was very good. They used a computer for translation since I don't speak English. However, the staff was very thorough when checking the car upon return, so be sure to check the condition of the car carefully when picking it up. Don't leave anything in the car when returning it; I left my phone inside.

I was following a local photographer from Reykjavik to Vik in Iceland, and she was driving at over 100 km/h the whole way.
