Can't buy in advance, there are two ferry classes for cars at the beginning and end of each day at the Saint Nicholas Port in Zakynthos Island from June to October. Tickets are sold on the spot. According to others' travel notes, a car for four people costs around 60 euros. Please note that the port of arrival is the Psarou port of Zakynthos Island, not the large port of Sami near Melissani Lake.
