Same whether you do it yourself or have it done for you. If you have never applied for a Schengen visa before, the first option is to have it done for you, so that someone can help you with the process.

Self-applied, Czech visa, has been issued within three working days. Don't look for proxy, go to play by yourself. Self-applied is more reliable.
