I'm picking up a Chrysler midsize MPV from Philadelphia Car Rental, and when I got there, there was a freshly waxed Toyota Sienna. So I asked the rental company to switch vehicles. Because the car was wet, I didn't check it carefully, and only after I drove off did I realize that there was a long scratch from top to bottom on the right side of the car. I wonder if there will be any problems when I return the car? Have any of your friends had similar problems ?

First see if you have insurance! If you have insurance, you don't have to worry. I have rented a car a few times and there are some small scratches. I returned the car like this and nothing happened.
