Do you need to bring (translated or notarized driver's license) to the Foreign Affairs Office or consulate for secondary authentication ?

The translation certificate from notary public does not require secondary authentication and can be directly used. Also bring the original driver's license that was mailed.

Switzerland does not require additional procedures, general notarized documents are sufficient

Shouldn't be needed.
