Can anyone tell me if a card used for fueling must have a 4-digit password to operate? I was told that cards used overseas cannot be set with a password. What should I do? Thank you ?

The key is to use chip cards. Magnetic strip cards are out of the question.

Foreign password cards can be used, can set passwords, most of them verify passwords, and a few can pass by entering random passwords.
