The Sydney Tower and Madame Tussauds are in the same building, you can go together, Taronga Zoo across the Sydney Bay is worth going, you can take a ferry from Circular Quay to cross Sydney Bay, passing through the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. The aquarium is about the same as other places, Manly Beach is just a beach, and there are beaches everywhere in Australia. These attractions in Sydney all have official websites to buy various package tickets, which are richer than those travel websites.
