You can't enter Venice, you can only stop outside of Venice. The means of transportation inside Venice are boats and walking.
Can't enter Venice, I parked at the tronchetto parking lot, and out of the parking lot is the pier, you can take water bus line 2 to Venice
Sure, go in, there is a parking garage, 20 euros per day. There is a pier right out of the garage, take a boat to enter the central area. The transfer is very comfortable.
If you can drive in, it's not called Venice anymore. You can drive to the area near Rampa Santa Chiara where there are several parking lots, and then take a ferry to the island, where all the transportation is by waterways.
