Which city are you in? I signed up for Denmark in Shenzhen, but I scheduled to submit the documents on July 23.

You can consider going to Fuzhou to sign, as there is an Icelandic visa center in Fuzhou that does not require an appointment. The Danish visa center in Guangzhou collects the application.
