Do you need to self-service when driving in Canada? Do you have friends who have been Road trip in Canada? Please give your opinions, thank you ?

In Canada, gas stations all accept credit cards, and it's basically self-service. You won't see any attendants at the gas station. Maybe it's because I went in the cold season, but the international credit card I brought couldn't be used. I don't know why. In the end, I had to go to the cash register in the gas station's store to swipe the card, buy the gas first, and then go to fill up. Any extra amount will be refunded to you automatically to the card you swiped.
