If you want to rent a small kitchen in a hotel, I suggest you book an apartment instead of a hotel. Most hotels do not have kitchens. As for kitchenware, it's hard to say. I suggest you email or call them before you leave to be more secure.

In general, hotels usually only have microwaves, unless it is specified that they have a kitchen and the photos show it. Large resort hotels will usually specify this. We once booked a suite and it did have a kitchen.
