Does anyone know the precautions for bringing back Western ginseng through customs? Has anyone brought it back before? Thank you, everyone ?

As per customs regulations, it is not allowed to bring in and citizens are tax-free up to 5,000 yuan per person when entering the country, so arguing with customs is useless. If you buy a lot, mail it back to your country locally. Those who use international express know how to get it in for you, but it just costs a little money. If you don't buy much, you can take a chance. When I came back from the United States, I entered Beijing and transferred back to Shantou and brought in ginseng. It was fine to bring in a few bags.

The problem is not with the finished product, but mainly with the inspection of the raw materials. The probability of random checks for single travelers is higher.
