Back two days, Sixt has cancelled the pre-authorization, does it mean that there were no violations during the rental period ?

Not necessarily! I received a paper ticket three months later and went to pay the fine myself.
No relation to traffic violations. The car dealership doesn't care whether you have any traffic violations or not.
No, these are two different things. The pre-authorization is equivalent to a deposit for renting a car, which will naturally be cancelled when the car is returned. Traffic violations have a time for uploading. The efficiency of Germany is speechless.
Does not mean that you did not violate the rules and regulations during your driving period. If there is a violation, the car rental company will charge an administrative service fee, and the fees generated by the violation will still need to be handled by yourself.
