Can people in their fifties and sixties fly paragliders? Do you need to run when taking off in a paraglider? Is the impact of landing on the legs great? Thank you ?

It depends on which company you are referring to. Not all companies require running. The one I booked does not require running. My mom, who is 70 years old, can also play.

Running about 10 steps is enough. As for falling, personally, as long as it's not a problem with being too fat, it's not a big deal.

Can sit, I jumped that day with an 8-year-old child and a grandma in her 70s

We are middle-aged aunts, and today we glided very smoothly. We didn't have to run much to take off, and someone pulled the rope when we descended.

A person in charge who is over 50 years old tells you that it is safe to play.

Sure, we are all people in our fifties.
