The Lofoten Islands are not officially open to drone flying, but rules must be followed. Keep a distance of 150 meters from houses, crowds, and traffic. However, in reality, not many people actually follow these rules. Some people also fly their drones in the narrow area of Reine Mountain. Flying a drone at the viewing platform on the way to the Reine village may be stopped by the locals, but in fact, many people still fly their drones.
