The year before last, iFlytek brought their Xiaoyi translation machine to our unit for a demonstration. It felt quite good and can translate several languages, but it's a bit expensive. You can search online; this kind should be cheaper now.

As long as you can speak everyday English, it feels like the translation machine doesn't have much use.
