No, I received the email at that time. You can ask the customer service. Anyway, the person on the bus will check that order at that time, either paper or electronic version is fine.

1. Check your inbox to see if the email was sent successfully; 2. Continue to send an email to rebook, and indicate in the remarks that you have previously sent an email with the same identity but have not received a response; 3. After receiving the order number in the confirmation email, you still need to wait until you receive the second email with the payment link, and then follow the relevant instructions to make the payment.
