Less possibility to see on Great Ocean Road, head back to Melbourne and go to Phillip Island, see penguins and kangaroos at the same time, there are some in the grass on both sides of the road on the island. Otherwise, drive along the Great Ocean Road at night, and you might be lucky to see some.
