The Great Ocean Road from Campbell Bay back to Melbourne, from 19:00 to 22:00, is it easy to drive on the road? Will it be easier to hit small animals if you drive slowly ?

You haven't driven the Great Ocean Road before, but I drove on the highway from Port Campbell back to Melbourne in the afternoon, a 2.5 hour journey, and I didn't see any animal warning signs. Driving along the coastal road also feels okay. I drove from Geelong to Apollo Bay the day before, and drove at night, but I didn't encounter any animals. Driving along the coastal road takes at least four hours, and you should add some time at night.

It is possible.
