I was originally scheduled to fly from Macau to Kuala Lumpur on the 15th due to the epidemic, and I voluntarily cancelled my ticket. Now I want to plan to leave at the end of the month or early March. I wonder if it is suitable to travel to Kuala Lumpur during this period ?

Personal opinion, as long as you can get in, and especially if you don't have a schedule for Kota Kinabalu and Semporna, this time period is still very suitable. There are very few Chinese people, so there are no queues wherever you go. However, I'll give you two pieces of advice. If you like clear and transparent sea water, it's hard to see in West Malaysia. Secondly, make sure to bring enough masks. It's hard to buy them at regular pharmacies in Malaysia. Bringing enough masks is not because the situation there is serious, but to avoid any negative opinions from the locals towards you.
