Will the large vehicle industry be better ?

I feel that smaller is better, larger ones are more formal and have more procedures. Smaller companies have simpler procedures in order to survive. I rented a car on Santorini and contacted the hotel front desk. The procedures were very simple, I didn't even need to use a credit card, I just paid directly without a deposit. Returning the car was also simple, one person just drove the car over and handed it over. The whole process took 15 minutes.
