I'm also preparing to go to the winery in Kelowna, but I don't know how to make an appointment ?

When I went to Qilu in late September, were there any cherry picking along the way?
There are two ways, one is to directly make an appointment with the winery, either by phone or online; the other is to join a local tour, mainly winery tours, about 3 or 4 of them. You can contact them by phone and sign up. It’s estimated to be about 100 Canadian dollars per person for a day, plus tips. There are many, I checked, and there are probably more than a dozen of these. Each tour includes 3 or 4 different wineries. You can find this on TripAdvisor. You can still make arrangements when you arrive in Vancouver. There are cherry picking spots on the way from Vancouver to Kelowna, which is quite nice. There are recommendations online.
I just don't know how to make an appointment.
