We six people set off from Vienna at 9 am and arrived in Salzburg at around 12 noon. We played until 6 pm and then left Salzburg and drove for one and a half hours to Lake Grunsee. We stayed there for one night and then returned to Vienna in the afternoon the next day. Grunsee is definitely worth visiting. Personally, I think it's better than Hallstatt. It's 20 kilometers away from Hallstatt. Or you can also go to Mondsee or Wolfgangsee, which are also very nice. These two lakes are closer to Salzburg. Grunsee is the only place I visited during my trip to Austria that I want to go back to.

From Vienna to Hallein, there are no attractions on the way, I didn't find any, because it's the A1 highway, and I encountered heavy rain . Worth a visit.
