Qatar Airways suggests calling their customer service hotline first, which is easier to connect in English. Explain the situation and they will process the refund for you. The refund will be pushed to the agent (if you bought through an agent). Then you contact the agent and tell them that you have already communicated with Qatar Airways. They will check the refund record, and the refund amount will be returned to you after the refund is credited to the agent's account.
