Was Laos convenient in the past? What difficulties did you encounter ?

Convenient, there are many gas stations along the way. When the police stopped us, we showed them our Lao driving license and other vehicle procedures that we had taken care of when entering the country. After looking at them, they let us go. We just came back, and were stopped twice in Vientiane, but we were not fined a penny.
