Do any of my friends in Shanghai have experience with submitting visa application materials at their own visa center? I'm entering and exiting via Czech Republic and my main destination is Austria. I've only pre-booked a rental car and have not yet purchased return tickets by train or bus between Czech Republic and Austria. Is it possible to submit my own application ?
