It's quite convenient. Don't call, just download the Grab app, and the taxi isn't expensive.

You need to go to a specific location to take a Grab, like Level 1 Door 5 at KLIA2. Taking a taxi is very cheap, it shows 65 Malaysian ringgit to the Petronas Twin Towers, and then add about 10 ringgit for toll fees.
