Hello everyone, what does a "hovding" mean on Norwegian roads, and what do I need to pay attention to when driving? Thank you ?

If you meet a large coach, one side should give way, especially on the Geiranger mountain road.
It's a 360-degree turn. Keep a distance from the vehicle in front of you (especially keep some distance from coaches or RVs), slow down, and try not to occupy the opposite lane.
That's like a turn, just slow down and proceed. There are also some mountain roads and tunnel entrances with traffic lights, so pay attention!
