At the beginning of July in Switzerland, Geneva, Longjiang, Lucerne, Zermatt, short-sleeved + thin jacket is enough ?

There's no problem down the mountain, but up the mountain there's snow, strong winds, and strong solar radiation. It's best to wear thick clothing.
I went to Shilong Peak last month and only wore long-sleeved shirts and sweater openers. I didn't feel too cold. You're going in July, the temperature is higher, and you're not going up the mountain, so there should be no problem.
That's enough. July is not cold either.
