I haven't encountered any problems. I went to Hertz and their service was very good. I suggest finding a large car rental agency.

I hope so. I have already followed the car dealer's instructions to cancel the booking first and then rebook, but with a compensation of 500 RMB. However, I hope there won't be similar problems again, as it will be very troublesome... because there will also be a handling fee for the bank refund. 500 RMB is not a small compensation, but it will be useless if the booked car is a high-priced one...! Fortunately, the price of the rebooked car is not much different from the previous booking, so it should still be acceptable...!
