A normal car is enough. 12 km from Zabljak is the famous Tara Bridge (bridge from the movie "Song of the Partisan") and 3 km north of the bridge there is a Manastir Svetog Arhangela Mihajla monastery, which was reconstructed on a famous Orthodox Christian site. From the monastery, you can walk down into the Tara canyon in about 5 minutes, which is definitely worth a visit.
