It depends on the rental car company. Some companies have already provided the toll ticket. Mine didn't, Sixt didn't. There are no toll stations on the Austrian highway. Some people haven't been fined for not having a toll ticket, they're just lucky. If you meet the police, not having a toll ticket will be fined. If you're not sure, you can buy a toll ticket at a gas station near the highway. 10 days isn't expensive.
